Eddie Grice, MS, PT, ATC

Edwin P. Grice, III, is owner and chief physical therapist of Promise Physical Therapy. Eddie earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of North Alabama in 1987, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1990.

Eddie has held a State of Alabama Physical Therapy License since April 1991, and has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since February 2003.

Eddie compiled over fourteen years of experience before opening Promise Physical Therapy in July 2003. Working in the Prattville Area for thirteen years, Eddie has held titles ranging from Home Healthcare Therapist and Staff Physical Therapist to Clinic Director and Chief Physical Therapist. Eddie's professional experience includes primarily orthopedics as well as acute care, burn/wound care, neuro, nursing home/long term care, and sports medicine in both outpatient and inpatient facilities.

Eddie enjoys spending time with his family and his hobbies include running, camping and hiking.

Tiffany Higginbotham- PT

After earning her BS in Psychology and Biology at Auburn University Montgomery in 1995, Tiffany enrolled in the Physical Therapy program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Since graduation in 1997, Tiffany has worked in the Tri-County area as both staff therapist and clinical director in acute care and orthopedics. Her knowledge of both spinal rehabilitation and women’s health make her a great addition to Promise Physical Therapy. When she’s not at Promise P.T., you’ll find her relaxing with her family or focused on one of her hobbies, running or painting.

Lori Johnson- PTA

In May 2007, Lori graduated from Auburn University with a BA in Exercise Science. After graduation, she enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assisting program at South University. She graduated in December 2008 with a true desire to assist in the restoration and improvement of a patient’s quality of life. These days when she’s got the time, she enjoys traveling and spending time relaxing at the lake.

Mary Susan Crovato, Office Manager

Mary Susan has been Office Manager at Promise P.T. since 2005. She brought
almost 10 years worth of practical medical field experience in office
management, marketing, community outreach and coordination. A people
person, Mary Susan loves spending time with her husband Adam, son Brody,
friends and family. When she has the time she’s near the water. Always willing
to help, she volunteers in community activities and the performing arts.
